We are happy to make a full refund (excluding any postage costs), if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. Please send the goods back to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage costs).  And we will either exchange or refund your money.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange if you are not happy with your purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times varies.  We usually ship within 5 days of receiving your payment.

Thus, in Australia, shipping time is usually 5 to 10 days.

Overseas, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
